Desktop - 1.3.251122 - November 22, 2025
Section titled “Desktop - 1.3.251122 - November 22, 2025”- Invoices can now be emailed directly from the Generate Invoice screen.
- Zoho Invoices will now reflect Strips as an acceptable payment method without having to edit the invoice in Zoho directly.
- Changing Reports will now update the report in place (MQA) rather than delete the old report and create a new one. This will prevent issues with reports in progress and then making a change to the date/assignee/title in HWIT.

Desktop Update - Sept 20, 2025 - Version 1.1.250920

- You can now download a CSV file of all of your open Billable Items (Admin).
- You can manage your Items in HWIT now. If you have an integrated accounting system, you can edit the basic information about the item and it will sync to your accounting system. If you do not have an accounting system, you can add or edit items so that you can utilize the billable items features even without an accounting system.
- For those without an accounting system you can add/edit billable items and also use the Invoice Generation steps. Note that the invoices will be generated, but are not sent out or managed after that. It is still up to you to send those to your invoicing system whatever that may be. If you want invoices sent out and online payment capability, please check out one of our integrated accounting system platforms.

- You can now make changes to a Report that belongs to a Schedule without affecting the underlying Schedule. For example, if you want to change the assignment or notes on the current report you can do so, without affecting the Schedule.

Mobile Update 1.0.4 - July 3, 2025
Section titled “Mobile Update 1.0.4 - July 3, 2025”- The attachments capabilities available in the Desktop Version are now available on the mobile app.

- Only active Item codes will be selectable when adding billing items.

Desktop Update - July 1, 2025 - Version: 1.1.250701
Section titled “Desktop Update - July 1, 2025 - Version: 1.1.250701”- For QB users — the provision to set a company default terms code has been added. As QB requires that all invoices posted have a terms code associated, if you do not have terms on all your customers the invoice will not post to QB. If you set up this default it will always use it in case a customer’s terms code has not been set. Go to Settings / Integrations / Accounting and set it there. Going forward, if an invoice cannot be synced due to a missing terms code the invoice will simple be removed and your billing items reinstated so that you can process it again.
- The ability to add any number of files attachments to a customer, along with a folder structure, has been added. This will be added to the mobile app in a future update (on mobile it will require internet connection to retrieve files). More details are at this link.
- You can now create a single-day schedule, for any or all customers, with a few clicks. Think of this as a quick way to schedule Pre-Storm Visits for all of your customers at once. With hurricane season approaching please be aware that this is available to you! This link will explain how to use it.
- Some additional UI updates and small fixes have been released, primarily around Invoice Processing.
