Editing the Current Report of a Schedule

The reports on the Pending Reports List can be edited at any time, even if the report originates from a Schedule.

When you make changes to a report that is currently linked to a schedule—such as updating the hint, reassigning it to a different team member, or editing the title—those updates will apply only to the active report. The schedule itself will remain unchanged. This means that the next report generated from the schedule will continue to use the original schedule settings. This approach gives you flexibility to make last-minute adjustments on individual reports without worrying about accidentally altering the recurring schedule behind them.

You should not make changes like this to a report once it has been Started.  Note that making a change on this screen might cause a report in progress to “reset” itself to new status.  Therefore, if you have a report checklist in progress do not make changes within HWIT as that may reset the report completely.
